graduate appointed Ambassador to the United States:
UEL alumnus Bockari Stevens met President George Bush at the White
House last month to discuss his new role as Sierra Leone’s
Ambassador to the United States of America.
Bockari is a graduate of our highly-rated MA in Refugee Studies,
part of a dedicated programme of teaching and learning organised in
association with our Refugee Research Centre, which also organises
regular events, including this week's Nakba Day commemoration.
